In History, Class 2 have been learning about Alf Wight/James Herriot. Yesterday, they had the exciting opportunity to visit the The World of James Herriot museum in Thirsk, helping to bring their learning to life. The children enjoyed exploring the exhibits, discovering more about Alf Wight's life and work, and learning what life was like as a vet. It was a fantastic hands-on experience!

On Monday, Class 2 we were joined by Dancing for Well-being fro a fun afternnoon! "We had the most wonderful afternoon at Roecliffe, our members thoroughly enjoyed sharing their love of dance (and a biscuit or two!) with the pupils! As part of our RE learning about Judaism, Class 2 and 3 enjoyed a visit to The United Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in Leeds this week. The children learned about Jewish beliefs, worship, and traditions, gaining a valuable first-hand insight into the Jewish faith. They asked thoughtful questions and have had an amazing time. A huge thank you to everyone at the synagogue for making us feel so welcome and for sharing your knowledge with us!
