Phunky Foods DT

In DT we made two tuna based recipes. We made tuna, carrot and cheese bakes and tuna couscous. We compared the appearance, texture, smell and flavour of the dishes. We practised our skills of grating, cutting and mixing. Thank you so much to Beth from Phunky Foods for coming and leading this session!
